  • The item must be in its original packaging with all tags and accessories.
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Note: Items that are worn, altered, damaged, or without original packaging are not eligible for return.

2. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return policy conditions. If the return is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

3. Exchanges

We are happy to offer exchanges if you receive a product that does not meet your expectations. To initiate an exchange, please return the item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item. If the product is damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team, and we will handle the exchange process at no additional cost to you.

4. Damaged or Defective Products

If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect when you receive it, please contact our customer service team immediately at contact@hypetopic.xyz. We will provide instructions for returning the product, and we will cover all return shipping costs. Once we receive the item, we will either replace it or issue a full refund, depending on your preference.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Gift cards.
  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective).

6. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

7. International Returns

For international returns, please note that you are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be processed once the item is received and inspected.
